The line is intended for longitudinal and transversal dissolution of rolled galvanized steel 0,5 ... 2,5 mm of thickness and metal with varnish-paint decorative guarding cover. The split-hair accuracy of cutting is ensured with automatic system of control and monitoring of exactitude of master schedule.
Structure of a basic complete set of a line includes the uncoiling device with a reverse drive, fitting device, slitting knife with adjustable blocks and pulling shafts, guillotine shears, drive receiving table - roller gear bed, dividing - pulling device, device for coiling of strips of rolled metal, crimp coilers, operating console.
The possibilities and conditions for cutting of sheet material of given thickness are determined by characteristics of each separately taken line. This position is defining at systematization of lines of longitudinal - transversal dissolution of thin-sheet metal as required, taking into account manufacture needs and wishes of each separate customer. For executing the master schedule of cutting metal in longitudinal direction, it is necessary to arrange the uncoiling device, slitting knife with pulling shafts, pull device and coiler according to direction of movement of the material. Thus the range of thickness of material which can be cut, will be determined by power of drives and design performance of knifes. The uncoiling device can be delivered in one of three design solutions depending on dimensions, mass of used rolls and individual necessities of the customer. Immediately cutting of a sheet is carried out with slitting knife. The change of a cutting map is done by method of sequential putting of inserting cartridges and cutting disks on shafts of shears. Cutting material with width up to 1 mm an optional version is use of the design solution, at which the circular shears blades are adjusted and are fixed with the help of threading strengthening that saves time necessary for retargeting. The dividing - pulling device creates necessary effort for dense coiling of pre-form and for prevention of overlap of its surfaces during coiling.
The equipment set for transversal cutting of a sheet includes guillotine shears with pulling shafts and receiving table apart from the uncoiling device. The reverse drive of the uncoiling device enables to involve it in both lines under condition of accommodation of completing aggregates at both sides from it, thus it is the common aggregate. In this case, one line - either transversal or longitudinal cutting - participates only in working process in a given temporary interval.
All uncoiling devices are supplied with gauges of a loop, which register position of hanging of a steel ribbon and give a command on adjusting of roll uncoiling speed. Thus, the smoothly varying lowering of gyration speed of the mandrel shaft is made with the help of a frictional pair.
The process control of cutting is carried out on-line from operating console, which opportunities allow smoothly adjusting rolling speed, amount and length of produced sheets. The feedback - "length of a ready sheet ? guillotine shears" - is provided by a tactile roller-length-measurer. These opportunities are given by control system "Standard". More capacious system "Elite", which circuitry is constructed on inverter technology, provides smoothly varying execution of commands "start-up", "stop". Thus, the inertness of process is considerably reduced, the exactitude of profiling on length of a sheet is augmented, the wear of the details and mechanisms subjected to abrasion is diminished by several times and term of life of the equipment increases.
The alternate solution of problem of management of a line is the console "Minimum", which works by principle of feedback from geometrical characteristic of a ready sheet to a link of the working mechanism.
