The set is intended for production of a drainpipe of rectangular section, spout and elbow from thin-sheet galvanized steel 0,50 ... 0,70 mm of thickness, and metal with varnish-paint decorative guarding cover. The excellence of final products is ensured with automatic control system and monitoring of master schedule exactitude.
The set includes an automated line for production of a drainpipe of rectangular section, an automated line for production of drainpipe spout, an aggregate for tightening of a pipe and an aggregate for folding elbows. The standard lines are completed with non-drive uncoiling device, rolling mill with the recharging device, cutting device with a cuneiform knife, receiving table and operating console.
To a mandrel of a non-drive uncoiling device the roll of measuring pre-form fastens, which fixing is made by the hand-operated unclasp mechanism. For the coordination of roll uncoiling speed and working speed of profiling, the construction of the uncoiling device is supplied with a frictional pair, which drive receives a signal through the coupling circuit ? "the gauge of a loop - control system". In case of the full complete set of lines for production of a pipe and a spout, acceptable from the point of view of economies is the variant of replacement of two one-cantilever uncoiling machines with one two-console, on one axis from two parties of which cantilever the similar mandrels are fixed.
The basic working element of each line is the rolling mill profiling fitting-out and the recharging device intended for longitudinal centering of a sheet. The process of manufacturing of elements of drainpipe system conducts by method of sequential profiling. For cutting of a rolled pipe or spout, the cutting device with cuneiform knife and pneumatic drive, which provides necessary quick action and striking force, is used. Such mechanism operates in profile of each separate line and is installed on the welded cradle of the rolling mill.
The line for manufacturing of a drainpipe is additionally completed with an aggregate for tightening of a pipe and an aggregate for folding an elbow, which operate autonomously - without sharing line components.
The management of a line is carried out on-line from operating console, which opportunities allow smoothly adjusting rolling speed, amount and length of produced profiles. The feedback - "length of ready profile ? cutting device" - is provided by a tactile roller-length-measurer. These opportunities are given by control system "Standard", more capacious system "Elite", which circuitry is constructed on inverter technology, provides smoothly varying execution of commands "start-up", "stop". Thus, the inertness of process is considerably reduced, the exactitude of profiling on length of a sheet is augmented, the wear of the details and mechanisms subjected to abrasion is diminished by several times and term of life of the equipment increases.
The alternate solution of problem of management of a line is the console "Minimum", principle of operating of which is providing of feedback ? "length of a ready profile ? cutting device" - by means of the induction gauge with which the receiving table is equipped. Moreover, the migration of the gauge along a table proportionally reflects on the length of final products.
Receiving table is intended for reception of final products, which maximal length is up to 6 m, has an accumulator for temporary warehousing. The construction of the receiving table is designed in view of ergonomics of human operator movements and allows performing the job without special efforts.
