THE AUTOMATED LINE FOR PRODUCTION OF METALLIC TILE

The line is intended for production of metal tile "Monterrey" with wave height of 30 mm from a sheet of galvanized steel 0,55 ... 0,8 mm of thickness and metal with varnish-paint decorative guarding cover. The excellence of final products is ensured with automatic control system and monitoring of master schedule exactitude.

The line consists of the drive uncoiling device, the rolling mill with the recharging device, closely to it installed guillotine, the automatic receiving table-piler and the operating console.

Depending on manufacturing opportunities and mass of used rolls of metal, the line is completed with the uncoiling device of one of three design performances:

All uncoiling devices are supplied with gauges of a loop, which register position of hanging of a steel ribbon and give a command on adjusting of roll uncoiling speed.

The rolling mill, which part is the recharging device intended for longitudinal centering of a sheet, consists of the working stands with the profiling instrument, which amount depends on complexity of configuration of a produced profile. The process of manufacturing of sheets conducts by method of sequential profiling. The recess for giving cascade effect to roofing slab is shaped by a transversal press former. For cutting of a rolled sheet the electromechanical guillotine shears are used, which figurate knifes precisely iterate a relief of a cross-section of profile sheeting. The crank-pitmen mechanism of guillotine ensures necessary effort for a cutoff of thin-sheet metal with width up to 3 mm. To exclude the bias of working planes of the rolling mill and guillotine rather one another during adjustment and operation, the body of the guillotine is installed closely and fastens to the welded cradle of the rolling mill.

The management of profiling part of a line is carried out on-line from operating console, which opportunities allow smoothly adjusting rolling speed, amount and length of produced sheets. These opportunities are given by control system "Standard", more capacious system "Elite", which circuitry is constructed on inverter technology, provides smoothly varying execution of commands "start-up", "stop". Thus, the inertness of process is considerably reduced, the exactitude of profiling on length of a sheet is augmented, the wear of the details and mechanisms subjected to abrasion is diminished by several times and term of life of the equipment increases.

The alternate solution of problem of management of a line is the console "Minimum", principle of operating of which is providing of feedback - "length of a ready sheet - guillotine shears" - by means of the induction gauge with which the receiving table is equipped. Moreover, the migration of the gauge along a table proportionally reflects on the length of final products.

The lines equipped with a system of process automation not lower then level "Standard" are completed by an automatic receiving table-piler, thus the length of final products is set on operating console. The feedback - "length of ready profile sheet - guillotine shears" - is provided by a tactile roller-length-measurer.
