| THE AUTOMATED LINE FOR PRODUCTION OF C- AND Z-PROFILES |
The line is intended for profiling of open C- and Z-profiles from thin-sheet galvanized steel up to 3,0 mm of thickness. The excellence of final products is ensured with automatic control system and monitoring of master schedule exactitude.
The line consists of the non-drive cantilever uncoiling device, rolling mill with the recharging device, cutting device with figurate knifes, device for chopping of holes, receiving table and operating console.
To a mandrel of a non-drive uncoiling device the roll of measuring pre-form fastens, which fixing is made by the hand-operated unclasp mechanism. The charging of metal is made into the fitting device, which gives necessary flatting to treated metal. The shaping of cross-section of a profile occurs in working roll mill stands, profiling instrument of which is placed on the lower power shafts and upper power shafts.
The device with a cuneiform knife and hydraulic pressure drive is applied for cutting of a rolled profile, which ensures necessary quick action and striking force. The automatic chopping device is used for piercing of technological holes on edges of a profile that are intended for fastening technique, the drive of eight pairs of chopping puncheon system of which operates from a hydraulic system. These mechanisms are installed: 1) before the first work stand with the profiling instrument of the welded cradle of a mill of Z-profiles manufacturing, thus, the cutting and the piercing of holes are carried out at a stage of a pre-form; 2) and after the last work stand of the welded cradle of a mill of C-profiles manufacturing, thus, the cutting and the piercing of holes are carried out in the ready profile.
The management of a line is carried out on-line from operating console, which opportunities allow smoothly adjusting rolling speed, amount and length of produced profiles. The technology of construction of the managing module allows smoothly executing of commands "start-up", "stop". Thus, the process is of rather low inertness that provides the equal lengths of profiles in one consignment.
Receiving table is intended for reception of final products, which length corresponds to length of a table, has an accumulator for temporary warehousing. The construction of the receiving table is designed in view of ergonomics of human operator movements and allows performing the job without special efforts.
