At designing of a new shop or renovation of existing, it is desirable to use the most progressive technologies and stuffs, which despite of higher price compared to cheaper analogs, provide in future considerable decrease of operating cost and increase longevity of a construction.
The framework of shop made from steel metallic structures with wide application of the bent and locked profiles, allows to lower total weight of a framework and accordingly to reduce costs to the fundament. Besides, usage of light building metallic structures and stuffs in aggregate with heat insulator allows achieving good thermal parameters of a construction of a building.
Expenses on heating of manufacturing space in our climatic zone have considerable part in general volume of operating costs with a constant rising tendency. Therefore, the problem of selection of a heater system at building new shop is recommended to be emphasized. It is desirable to use non-polluting kinds of heating that have high efficiency, permit if necessary to heat shop by zones, and not require constant presence of the attendants. These requirements in fullest measure are met with infrared radiators of light type, the management system of which enables, for example, to lower temperature in manufacturing space up to minimally permissible at night time and in days off, at the same time, to arrival of staff in working days ? to provide comfortable climate that essentially reduces costs of heating as a whole. Lighting system also should serve to stuff-saving concerns. For example, the decorating stuffs of walls and ceiling with white color cover as well as strings and trusses colored in white combined with usage of modern energy-saving lamps allow considerably reduce costs to illumination.
The correct temperature regimen with other things being equal provides a failure-free operation of parts of the equipment subjected to thermal influencing. Especially sensitive to microclimate of manufacturing space are modules of automatic control of lines equipped by liquid-crystal indicators and sensory keyboards. Temperature in their zone needs to be most carefully controlled. If, on any reasons, there is no possibility to heat the manufacturing areas neither completely nor particularly it is necessary to provide the proper temperature regimen in space of the board (console) by method of direct heating.
One of the indispensable conditions for maintenance of continuous manufacture process is correct arrangement of the equipment in a shop. The important advantage of this is the conformity of motion of processed stuff on course of master schedule; this should be promoted by friendly transport decision, sufficient volumes of places intended for warehousing of raw stuff and final products, analyzed and comfortable scheme of passes. The minimum values of spacing intervals between the equipment and walls of shop, parts of the equipment, and sizes of passes are regulated by the norms and standards of work safety.
The auxiliary shop equipment intended for mechanization of loading-unloading, transshipment and other operations as well as moving of any material resources on the area of shop should have proper dead-weight capacity and other characteristics necessary for full value activity in adopted plant conditions. Both unloading and loading of raw and stuff should be done with remotely operated cranes. Refusing of steel strips and transition to unloading with application of soft strips or weight-gripping clamp greatly reduces rate of a traumatizing of rolls during handlings.
The separate attention has to be paid to a floor of a shop. The industrial floors, or floors covered with a special composite preventing occurrence of dust, positively influence the activity of the equipment, do not upset healthy microclimate of workspace, thereby not producing sensation of discomfort in working staff. Calculation of depth of the cement part of the floor is made from a condition of value of weight of the equipment per unit of area, with the count of all probable static and dynamic loads arising at exploitation of the equipment, and also related to moving of the shop and lifting transports and other auxiliary equipment; physical characteristics of used building stuffs, and also temperature and humidity conditions of the space.
